Every year after the Spring Festival, especially after the winter break, many people in our company and around me quit their jobs at will, using family, elders, friends or personal issues as excuses.
I totally understand everyone. No one’s life is trouble-free, and neither is mine.
But I sincerely want to say one thing:
Many things in life seem huge right now, but over time, they are nothing.
What really holds you back for a lifetime is never others or the outside world,
but your own ability, confidence and value.
When you become strong, wealthy, capable and responsible,
all those so-called difficulties can be solved.
But if you easily give up growth, give up opportunities, give up making money,
the future will only be harder, more out of control, and less respected.
