Many corporate meetings are long and empty—one person talks, others scroll phones, and problems remain. My rule for meetings: come with solutions, not just questions. Whoever raises an issue must offer an idea first, even if immature. Every meeting ends with clear conclusions, responsibilities and execution plans. Holding effective meetings is the basic respect for employees’ time.
