After 21 years in turquoise, there’s no single hardest thing — just small problems every day. My thinking is simple: it’s just a small problem. Can’t solve it today? Take three months. Three months not enough? Take two years. As long as I’m here, it will get solved. Looking back, every obstacle that once seemed insurmountable has become the path beneath my feet.
